Upstairs & Balcony

Thank you for considering Langtree Café for your special event.

Please read the terms and conditions below before confirming your booking.

By paying the deposit, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.

Option 1
Exclusive Upstairs Venue Hire
with Food + Beverage
Minimum 60 People

No outside food or beverages permitted
Food + beverages must be ordered through Langtree Cafe
Minimum spend $20 pp
Guests may order from:
- Regular Menu
- Function Menu
- Finger Food Menu
$500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking
Full payment for all food orders to be paid two weeks prior to the event date
If guest numbers drop below 60, exclusive venue hire will no longer apply

Option 2
Exclusive Upstairs Venue Hire
with Beverages only
Minimum 60 People

No outside food or beverages are permitted
Minimum spend $10pp
$300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking
Full venue hire fee must be paid two weeks prior to the event date
If guest numbers drop below 60, exclusive venue hire may no longer apply

Guest Numbers below 50

If attendance is expected to be less than 50 guests

Exclusive hire of the upstairs and balcony area is not available, however half the balcony or part of upstairs indoor area can be booked (subject to availability)
The upstairs bar and remaining upstairs area will remain open to the general public.

Deposits & Cancellations

A booking is not confirmed until required deposit has been recieved
Deposits are non-refundable if minimumattendance requirements are not met
Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
Management reserves the right to cancel orrefuse a booking where these terms and conditions are not complied with.

Venue Conditions

All guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other patrons and venue property
Management reserves the right to refuse serviceor remove any guest whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate
All events must comply with venue policies,licensing requirements and applicable laws

Music & Entertainment

Music is permitted during your event and dancing is welcome, however, all music and entertainment must remain within reasonable noise levels.

Please note that customers may still be dining downstairs, and consideration must be given to other patrons at all times.

Decorations

Decorations, balloons and similar event stylingare permitted, however, only removable adhesives such as tape or BluTack may be used. Nails, screws, pins or any method that creates holes in walls or fixtures can not be used.

Any damage caused to the venue, fixtures or fittings may result in repair or cleaning charges.

Cakes

Guests are welcome to bring their own celebration cake.

No other outside food or beverages may be brought onto the premises without prior written approval from management.
